Do You Need Documents Notarized or Witnessed?
Licensed paralegals become commissioners of oath upon being licensed, and become immediately eligible to be notary publics. We offer both services. This means we can notarize or commission a variety of documents, including but not limited to:
- Real estate or mortgage documents
- Affidavits and declarations
- Travel consent or invitation letters
- Certified true copies
- Power of attorney documents
If you need a document to be witnessed, please come to our office with the UNSIGNED document.
The cost of notarizing or commissioning is a flat fee of $20 per document + 13% HST.
