Workplace Safety and Insurance Board

Licensed paralegals are permitted to represent clients in front of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board ("WSIB") and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal ("WSIAT"). This means we can help you navigate legal issues such as but not limited to the following:

The cost of a WSIB/WSIAT matter is billed hourly at a rate of $60/hr + 13% HST.

To advance the Law Society of Ontario's goal to increase the accessibility of justice for the general public, our firm is making the dedication to have a maximum cost that will not be exceeded. As such, our WSIB/WSIAT cases will cap at 25% of the claim amount + 13% HST.
